Phil Paquette begins his first season as a Graduate Assistant of Media Relations. He assists with the media efforts for all 11 Lion athletic teams, serving as the primary contact for men’s and women’s cross country and track and field, women’s soccer and women’s basketball also assisting with UIL events that are hosted by A&M-commerce.

Paquette comes to A&M-Commerce by way of the University of New Haven in West Haven, Conn. At UNH he assisted with the Chargers athletic communications office in helping with game day operations and statistics for football, women’s volleyball, baseball, men’s and women’s soccer and men’s and women’s basketball.

A native of Cranston, Rhode Island, Paquette received his bachelor’s degree from UNH in Management of Sports Industries in 2012 and is attending A&M-Commerce to pursue his Master’s in Business Administration.
