Felicia Benavides is in her first season as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with responsibilities for the soccer, men's and women's cross country and men's and women's track and field teams.

Benavides earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce in December 2011 after serving as an athletic training student for the Lions. She served as the president of the Athletic Training Society during her time at A&M-Commerce. A native of Allen, Benavides graduated from Allen High School.
