A&M-Commerce Hosts Athletic Director's Breakfast of Champions

The athletic department at Texas A&M University-Commerce held the second annual Athletic Director’s Breakfast of Champions on Friday morning.

The annual breakfast is held in conjunction with the National Consortium for Academics and Sports National Student-Athlete Day to recognize student-athletes, student-trainers and cheerleaders, who have achieved a 3.0 grade-point average or higher either during the fall semester or cumulative throughout their academic career.

Over 101 individuals received recognition for their efforts at the breakfast. A&M-Commerce Athletic Director Carlton Cooper (pictured) as well as the Vice President for Business and Administration Bob Brown and Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Larry Lemanski praised the students for their achievement.
