A&M-Commerce Student Athletes Volunteer at Commerce Lions Club Carnival on Tuesday

Members of the Texas A&M University-Commerce women's golf and men's basketball team on Tuesday volunteered for the Commerce Lions Club Carnival that was held in downtown Commerce.

The women's golf team used their expertise with putting the golf ball to run a few games where participants won prizes for making putts. The men's basketball team handed out prizes and coached participants, who were striving to make free throws for rewards.

Members of the Commerce Lions Club and citizens of the city were very appreciative of the work of the student athletes.
