A&M-Commerce Men's Cross Country Moves to No. 5 in Latest USTFCCCA South Central Regional Poll

With a fifth-place finish at last week's NCAA South Central regional meet, the Texas A&M University-Commerce men's cross country team finished the season ranked No. 5 in the South Central region by the United States Track & Field/Cross Country Coaches Association regional poll.
Leading the Lions to the No. 5 regional ranking are a pair of juniors - Tyler Tyndell and Robert Reed - who both earned all-region honors with their top 15 finish at the meet.
Tyndell finished fifth to secure a spot at the NCAA Cross Country Championships on November 22nd at Cooper's Lake Playground in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. Reed, who is originally from Sachse, Texas, finished 13th overall in a career-best time of 32:01.5 for the 10k distance.
