2009 (Track & Field): Named to the LSC men's all-academic track and field team...a recipient of the LSC scholar-athlete award...16th place in the 5,000-meter run at the LSC Championships...third place in the 1,500-meter run at the Lion Quadrangular...ninth place in the 3,000-meter run at the Mean Green Twilight...10th place in the 1,500-meter run at the Tarleton State Invitational...12th place in the 5,000-meter run at the Michael Johnson Invitational.

Earned Academic All-Star conference honors...named co-captain of the cross country team by his fellow teammates...named to the NCAA Division II Athletic Directors Association awards list...named to the LSC commissioner's honor roll...44th and sixth among his A&M-Commerce teammates at the LSC Championships...109th at the NCAA South Central Regional...17th overall at the UIW Cardinal Invitational to lead A&M-Commerce to the team title...123rd at the Brooks Memphis Twilight and 146th at the Cowboy Jamboree.

2007 (Track & Field): 15th in the 1,500-meter run at the LSC Championships...sixth in the 1,500-meter run at both the David Noble Relays and at the Mean Green Twilight...eighth in the 1,500-meter run at the Tarleton State Relays.

2007 (Cross Country): 97th at the NCAA South Central Regional...42nd at the Lone Star Conference Championships...20th at the UCO Land Run...173rd at the Brooks Memphis Twilight...63rd at the Texas A&M Invitational.

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Attended Grayson Community College for two years before transferring to A&M-Commerce...a three-time regional qualifier in cross country at Anna High School, where he also qualified as a senior on the track and field team...as a senior, he served as the team captain on the cross country team that advanced to regional competition...as a senior, in track and field, qualified in the 1,600 and 3,200-meter run as well as in the triple jump en route to team MVP honors...earned recognition for his efforts in livestock shows and Future Farmers of America.

Personal:
Born June 24, 1987...son of Nanci Kelly...graduated magna cum laude from A&M-Commerce in Spring 2009 with a bachelor's degree in kenisiology...currently working on his master's degree in educational administration.
