Community College for two years before transferring to
A&M-Commerce...a three-time regional qualifier in cross country
at Anna High School, where he also qualified as a senior on the
track and field team...as a senior, he served as the team captain
on the cross country team that advanced to regional
competition...as a senior, in track and field, qualified in the
1,600 and 3,200-meter run as well as in the triple jump en route to
team MVP honors...earned recognition for his efforts in livestock
shows and Future Farmers of America.
