2009 (Cross Country): 12th place at the NCAA
South Central Regional and seventh at the LSC Championships,
earning All-Region and all-Lone Star Conference honors in the
process...third overall (first out of Division II) in the West
Texas Buffalo Stampede...19th overall (third out of Division II) at
the Brooks Memphis Twilight...97th at the Oklahoma State Cowboy
Jamboree.

2008 (Cross Country): Named to the Lone Star
Conference All-Academic Team for his academic and athletic
efforts...led A&M-Commerce to a No. 5 ranking in the final
USTFCCCA South Central Regional Poll, fifth place finish at the
NCAA South Central Regional meet and third place honors at the Lone
Star Conference Championships...57th at the NCAA Championships and
eighth among individuals...qualified for the NCAA Championships
with a fifth-place finish at the NCAA South Central
Regional...earned his second-straight all-Lone Star Conference
honor with a fourth-place overall finish...his second-place finish
at the UIW Cardinal Invitational led A&M-Commerce to the team
title...en route to being named the LSC Men's Runner of the Week,
he finished 13th at the Brooks Memphis Twilight.
2008 (Track & Field): Won the 5,000-meter run at the
David Noble Relays...fourth at the Tarleton State Relays in the
5,000-meter run...fifth at the Lone Star Conference Championships
in the 5,000-meter run and at the Mean Green Twilight.
2007 (Cross Country): Team earned USTFCCCA All-Academic
Team recognition for their efforts in the classroom...selected as
the Most Outstanding Student-Athlete for the men's cross country
team at the athletic department's end-of-year banquet...13th at the
NCAA South Central Regional...earned all-Lone Star Conference
honors with a ninth-place finish at Eddie Moore Park in
Commerce...finished 21st among collegiate runners and 28th overall
at the Brooks Memphis Twilight...for his efforts at the Brooks
Memphis XC Twilight, he was named as the LSC Men's Cross Country
Runner of the Week.
Prior to A&M-Commerce: At Oklahoma Baptist,
he was an all-region and all-conference cross country performer in
2006...member of the cross country team advanced to the NAIA
national championships, where they placed fourth and as an
individual, he placed 55th...a national qualifier in the
5,000-meter run for the NAIA indoor track and field championships
in 2007...set the Paris High School record in the 1,600-meter and
3,200-meter run, where he was a two-time state qualifier in cross
country and track and field...finished sixth in the state in the
3,200-meter run as a senior.
