LION ATHLETICS ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH LOYALTIVA, ROJO RESEARCH
COMMERCE, Texas -– Texas A&M
University-Commerce Athletics has selected the LOYALTIVA fan
loyalty platform to enhance their fan experience, as well as
increase attendance and revenue.
"We are excited about our partnership with Rojo Research and the
opportunity to use the LOYALTIVA platform to enhance our fan
experience," said Athletic Director Ryan Ivey. "I
know firsthand how successful the products that Rojo produces are
and we are looking forward to the opportunity to working with
them."
LOYALTIVA leverages smart phone technology and QR codes to
incentivize almost all fan activities, such as attendance,
concessions, merchandise, donations, ticket renewals, parking,
viewing games online, sponsor patronage, and more.
The focus of LOYALTIVA is to drive revenue through rewarding
increased frequency of desired fan behavior. In essence,
encouraging good fans to become better fans.
The platform also enables fans to post real-time game activity to
their personal Facebook wall based upon rewards opportunities. This
offers the university substantial organic social media branding and
awareness.
The LOYALTIVA platform also offers the opportunity for corporate
partners to leverage exclusive brand awareness embedded in the
loyalty content, as well as a "call-to-action" for fans to
patronize sponsor establishments.
Rojo Research will also perform a fan consumer behavior study to
support sponsorship sales initiatives.
Texas A&M-Commerce is the first member of the Lone Star
Conference to utilize the LOYALTIVA platform, and the second Texas
university joining UT-Dallas.
A few other collegiate LOYALTIVA partners include, Holy Cross,
Southeastern Louisiana, Calvin, Ohio Northern, South Dakota,
Valdosta State, Georgia College, Longwood, Saint Leo, Georgia
Southwestern, Sonoma State, and Concordia (CAN).
Launched in September 2006, Rojo Research has quickly risen to
one of the largest providers of fan loyalty and audience research
for NCAA member institutions and professional sports organizations,
with over 100 partners throughout the U.S and Canada.
