Brian Singleton Named LSC North Division Player of the Week

Texas A&M University-Commerce junior Brian Singleton (pictured) was named the Lone Star Conference North Division Offensive Player of the Week on Monday. 

The junior guard led the Lions with 18 points and six assists in 77-60 win over East Central and followed that up with a team-best 20 points in the 81-71 win over Southeastern Oklahoma. He has scored in double figures in 10 of the last 11 games. Singleton averaged 19 points per game last week, nearly five above his average. 

Singleton and A&M-Commerce are back in action on Wednesday at 8 pm against the leader of the LSC North Division, Central Oklahoma in Edmond.
