Taylor Fore Named Lone Star Conference North Division Special Teams Player of the Week

Redshirt freshman Taylor Fore blocked two punts to lead Texas A&M University-Commerce to a 38-37 win over Northeastern State en route to being named the Lone Star Conference North Division Special Teams Player of the Week on Monday.

The first punt that Fore blocked was returned 24 yards by teammate Arsenial Richardson for a touchdown and the second was returned by teammate Keith Davis to the 3-yard line which set up another score.

Next, Fore and the Lions will take to the road for its third-straight game to face a Texas A&M-Kingsville team that is ranked No. 8 in the latest NCAA Division II Football Super Regional 4 Rankings and is coming off a 27-16 win over then No. 13 Tarleton State.
