Prior to A&M-Commerce: Spent the last three years at the University of Maine...redshirted as a freshman...in 2008, as a sophomore, he saw action in six games, where he completed 79 of 147 passes for 870 yards and nine touchdowns...had a season-best 207 yards and three touchdowns on 17 of 27 passing in a 21-17 win over Monmouth (Sept. 6, 2008)...started six games as a redshirt freshman, where he completed 78 of 154 passes for 836 yards and seven touchdowns...had a touchdown pass in five of the six games and over 150 yards passing in three games...a three-time all-league selection at Buckingham, Browne and Nichols High School, where he rushed and passed for over 1,000 yards as a senior.
