Prior to A&M-Commerce: A four-year letterwinner in football and in track and field at Barbers Hill High School...earned all-state honors as a junior in football...named academic all-state as a senior...named district offensive MVP as a senior...three-time all-district selection...selected as the Sophomore of the Year in the Greater Houston area...along with brother, Todd, he is a member of three record-setting relays in track and field.
