2008: Claimed second-team all-Lone Star Conference defensive honors...finished third on the team with 26 tackles...picked off three passes, forced three fumbles, recovered a fumble and had three tackles for loss...the three interceptions ranked sencond on the team...tied for team lead with nine pass break-ups...opened the year with a season-high nine tackles at Northwestern State (Aug. 30)...matched that total at Abilene Chrisitan (Sept. 13)...recorded four or more tackles in nine games.
2007: A first team all-Lone Star Conference selection...second among his teammates with 69 tackles and shared the team lead with three interceptions...recovered a fumble and broke up a pass against East Central (Oct. 27)...recorded a career-high and team-high 14 tackles in the season finale against Southwestern Oklahoma State (Nov. 10)...among the 14 tackles were a career-high eight solo efforts.
2006: Sat out the season as a medical redshirt.
2005: Saw action in six games with 11 tackles... had an assist on a tackle with Austin Jackson for his first collegiate tackle against Southern Arkansas (Aug. 25).....earned his first collegiate start against Southwestern Oklahoma (Nov. 5).
2004: Redshirted.
Prior to A&M-Commerce: Named to the Texas High School Coaches Association Class 4A Academic All-State Football team...received honorable mention on the state’s Associated Press’ Class 4A all-state team...only player to receive All-District 25-4A honors on defense (defensive back) and offense (wide receiver)...his league-leading six interceptions earned him first team all-league honors...second on the team with 92 tackles with 48 solos and 44 assists...caused three fumbles and recovered two...lettered four years in track and field, in addition to three letters in football.
