Pre-Season Run Test for Fall 2009
From
the back of the end zone to the 15-yard line and back (50
yards)
From the back of the end zone to the 40-yard line and back (100
yards)
From the back of the end zone to the far -35 yard line and back
(150 yards)
From the back of the end zone to the far -10 yard line and back
(200 yards)
From the back of the end zone to the far end line back of the end
zone and back (240 yards)
Then finish with a 120 yard sprint to the far end line of the
opposite end zone (120 yards)
• This
is a 860 yard sprint test
• Key: Burst your turns, long strides, and
sprint!
To
pass the test the following times are required:
OL, DL: 3:15 or under
LB, TE, FB: 2:50 or Under
WR, DB,RB: 2:40 or Under
