Fall 2009: Played in three tournaments, averaged a 79.25...shot a season-best round of 73 in the second round of the Bruce Williams Invitational...placed 37th at the Southeastern Texoma Championship, where he posted a 54-hole total of 240 (77-83-80)...tied for 79th in his Lions' debut at The Territory Classic. 

Prior to A&M-Commerce: A two-time state qualifier and team MVP at nearby Lone Oak High School...posted a 68 in the opening round of the regional golf tournament for the lowest round in region history...led Lone Oak to district and regional titles as a senior...a four-year letterwinner as a member of the golf team.
