CLEM WRAPS UP NCAA REGIONAL APPEARANCE WITH EVEN-PAR FINAL ROUND
DUPONT, Washington -- A&M-Commerce junior C.J. Clem wrapped up his appearance in the 2013 NCAA South Central Regional with his best performance of the week, carding an even-par 72 over Wednesday's final round. Clem closes out the 54-hole tournament with a 4-over 220, tying for 44th in the individual standings.

CLEM MATCHES HIS 2-OVER 74 IN ROUND TWO OF NCAA REGIONAL
DUPONT, Washington -- A&M-Commerce junior C.J. Clem was arguably the most consistent golfer on the Lion squad this season, and that consistency is coming through at the 2013 NCAA South Central Regional. Clem fired a 2-over 74 for the second-straight day and sits at 4-over 148 heading into Wednesday's final round at The Home Course.

Clem enters Tuesday's second round eight shots off the indvidual leader and in a tie with 19 other golfers for 41st overall.

FORT WORTH, Texas – Three Lions finished among the top-20, highlighted by a seventh-place finish by freshman Kason Childress’ 9-over 225. A&M-Commerce moved up one spot, finishing fourth at the Lone Star Conference Championships with a 60-over 924 at the Golf Club at Champions Circle.

DALLAS --A&M-Commerce moved up one spot over the final round of the Dallas Baptist Spring Classic, shooting a 28-over 316 en route to a 15th-place finish at Hackberry Creek Country Club. The Lions closed out the 54-hole event with an 83-over 947 in the final tune-up before next week's Lone Star Conference Championships.

LIONS STRUGGLE ON FIRST DAY OF DALLAS BAPTIST SPRING CLASSIC
DALLAS -- Competing against some of the top teams in the region, A&M-Commerce struggled through the first two rounds of the Dallas Baptist Spring Classic at Hackberry Creek Country Club. The Lions posted a 55-over 631 through the opening 36 holes and currently sit 16th out of the 16-team field.

COMMERCE, Texas -- The A&M-Commerce golf programs will once again hold its annual fundraiser at Webb Hill Country Club on Friday, April 19. The purpose of the event is to help raise the needed funds to allow the Lions to travel and compete in the top events against the top teams in Division II.

A&M-COMMERCE PLACES SEVENTH AT TUKWET CANYON INTERCOLLEGIATE
CORONA, Calif. – A&M-Commerce fired a 24-over 312 over the final round of the Tukwet Canyon Intercollegiate, slipping two spots and finishing seventh among the 11 team field. The Lions posted a 46-over 910 to notch their seventh top-10 finish of the season.

The Lions’ B-team also competed among the 15-team field, placing 14th with a 42-over 330.

LION MEN OPEN UP SPRING SCHEDULE WITH ANNUAL TANGLEWOOD TRIP
COMMERCE, Texas -- A&M-Commerce's men's golf team returns to action this weekend, making its yearly pilgrimmage to Pottsboro for the 2013 Texoma Chevy Dealers Crawford Wade Intercollegiate on Monday, February 25th and Tuesday, February 26th. The field will be one of the largest in the tournament's history as 15 schools will compete for the 2013 crown.
