2008 (Track and Field): 11th at the LSC Championships in the 800-meter run (2:01.89)…second at the David Noble Relays in a season-best time of 2:00.75 at the David Noble Relays…eighth at the Mean Green Twilight in the 800-meter run (2:03.67)…13th at the Tarleton State Relays in the 1,500-meter run (4:28.41).

2007 (Cross Country): Finished 59th at the Lone Star Conference Championships (31:12.69)...76th at the Texas A&M-Invitational in a season-best time of 28:53...placed 203rd in the Brooks Memphis Twilight Classic, covering the 8k course in 29:19.33...at the NCAA South Central Regional, he was 102nd in a 10k time of 37:00.7...17th in the four-mile race (23:46.05) at the UCO Land Run to begin his A&M-Commerce career.

Prior to A&M-Commerce: A three-year letterwinner in cross country and in track and field as well as a two-year letterwinner in soccer at Sulphur Springs High School...named co-MVP as a senior of the cross country team...team was three-time district champions in cross country and as a junior, they won the district title in soccer.

Personal: Born June 20, 1988...son of Victor and Tamie Carrell...an athletic training major.
