2008 (Cross Country): Established a career-best with a 41st-place finish at the NCAA South Central Regional meet, covering the 10k course in 33:17...19th at the LSC Championships en route to leading A&M-Commerce to a third-place finish...fourth among his A&M-Commerce teammates and eighth overall (34:18.5) as the Lions' won the UIW Cardinal Invitational...59th at the Brooks Memphis XC Twilight (27:36.91) and 107th at the Cowboy Jamboree (27:31).

2008 (Track and Field): 12th at the LSC Championships in the 5,000-meter run (16:28.26)...13th in the 5,000-meter run (16:29.09) at the Tarleton State Relays and 11th in the 5,000-meter run (16:41.02) at the Mean Green Twilight Invitational. 

2007 (Cross Country): 68th overall and third among his teammates at the NCAA South Central Regional meet in a 10k time of 34:06...25th overall and fourth among his A&M-Commerce teammates at the LSC Championships (27:38.48)...posted a career-best 8k time of 26:37.7 at the Brooks Memphis XC Twilight en route to a 75th-place overall finish...fifth overall and second among his A&M-Commerce teammates at the UCO Land Run (21:54.1) for the four-mile race...38th at the Texas A&M Invitational (26:59).

2007 (Track and Field): Eighth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:36.86) at the Bobby Lane Invitational...seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:43.27) and 12th in the 5,000-meter run (17:07.51) at the LSC Championships...fifth in the 5,000-meter run (17:21.46) at the McMurry Relays...fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:40.4h) and 14th in the 3,000-meter run (9:52.42) at the 2007 Boathouse Sports North Texas Classic...sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:01.92) at the Dr. Pepper Invitational...ninth in the 5,000-meter run (17:16.41) at the Trinity Invitational.

2006 (Cross Country): Second among his A&M-Commerce teammates in all five meets...36th in his collegiate debut at the UT Tyler Invitational (29:11)...posted a season-best time of 27:25 at the Brooks Memphis XC Twilight...37th at the Lone Star Conference Championships (29:16).

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Earned all-state honors as a senior in track and in cross country...finished second in the 1,600-meter run and sixth in the 3,200-meter run as a senior...named all-East Texas as a senior.
