Rain Cancels DBU Golf Classic

Rain in the Dallas/Fort Worth forced tournament officials to cancel the DBU Golf Classic on Monday. The tournament, hosted by Dallas Baptist University, was slated to take place on Monday and Tuesday of this week.

With over 10 inches of rain standing in parts of the Golf Club of Dallas course, it was ruled unplayable. 

The next tournament for the Lions is the Lady Buff Stampede, Sept. 27-29, in Amarillo, Texas.
