A&M-Commerce in 12th After Opening Round of Oklahoma Intercollegiate

The Texas A&M University-Commerce women's golf team is in 12th place after the first round of the Oklahoma Intercollegiate on Monday at The Territory Golf Club in Duncan, Oklahoma.  

St. Edward's leads the team race after shooting an opening round 304. The Hilltoppers are led by individual leader Kirby Baker, who shot a 1 over 73. 

Junior Mallory Kempf led the Lions with a first round 87 and is tied for 56th Three Lions are a stroke behind Kempf, shooting an 88 are Kathleen May, Megan Benites and Malonie Oats. Senior Heather Pantalion is tied for 70th after recording a 94. 

Tuesday's final round will get underway at 9 am with a shotgun start.
