set…collected six double-doubles, helping the Lions go 5-1
in those matches…tallied 11 or more kills in 12 matches and
at least 10 digs in 10 contests…hit a career-best 18 kills
against Angelo State (Oct. 17)…picked up a season-high 20
digs at Ouachita Baptist (Oct. 3), four assists against Abilene
Christian (Oct. 16), four aces at Eastern New Mexico (Oct. 9) and
three blocks against Arkansas-Monticello (Sept. 12)...selected to
the Lone Star Conference All-Tournament team after recording 13
kills and 17 digs against Tarleton State…named to the Lone
Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for her efforts in
the classroom.Prior to
A&M-Commerce: Named Female Athlete of the Year at Kemp
for 2002-04...a two-time first team all-district and team MVP in
volleyball...team captain as a senior ... first team all-district
in basketball as a senior...finished fourth at state for high jump
in 2003...a four-time district champion in high jump...holds the
school high jump record at Kemp High School...earned academic
all-district awards in volleyball and basketball.
