Motivational speaker and comedian Matt Bellace, Ph.D. came to Ferguson Auditorium on the campus of Texas A&M University-Commerce on Thursday night. Bellace brought a message to the audience about how to pursue natural highs an make healthy choices in their day-to-day lives.

During his presentation, Bellace conveyed his message thorugh discussion and interaction between the audience. A widely regarded speaker, Bellace has a Ph.D. in clinical neuropsychology from Drexel University, is a member of the National Speakers Association and a regular at comedy clubs in NYC. He credits include truTV's "The Smoking Gun Presents," National Public Radio and The New York Times and can be heard regularly on both XM and Sirius Satellite Radio.

The athletic department at Texas A&M University-Commerce in collaboration with the Mayo College, Student Affairs and the President's Office served as the host for the visit by Dr. Bellace.
