Aly was promoted to Associate Athletics Director of Business and Internal Operations and named Senior Woman Administrator after serving as the Director of Business Operations and Interim SWA for over two years, being the youngest SWA in Division I at the time.
During her time in these roles, Aly was integral in East Texas A&M's transition to NCAA Division I, serving on both the Student-Athlete Well-Being Committee and the Steering Committee for the Reclassification Self-Study.
Before her time at East Texas A&M, Aly worked as an Associate Sports Director with the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, where she oversaw game scheduling, facilities and game operations, human resources processes, and budget management. She also had a stint during this time of working for the Dallas Mavericks in their summer hoops camps.
In 2020, Aly began her career in collegiate athletics as a graduate assistant for East Texas A&M Athletics, supporting in-game promotions, ticket sales, marketing, and external operations.
A proud two-time alum of East Texas A&M, Aly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomechanics in 2019 and a Master of Science in Athletic Administration in 2020. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Finance and is on track to graduate in May 2026.
